Exchange procedure

  1. Request authorization to change and confirm the details for the withdrawal

  • To request and make a change of the purchased item, it is necessary write your request directly At our Customer Service by filling out the relative form in the contacts section or send the request by writing directly to the email addresscustomercare@gensami.it.
  • It is necessary to indicate the articles to be replaced, the size or color you want to receive to replace the order.
  • Provide a collection place, if different from that provided for shipping while purchasing.
  1. Receive return label/gearbox and prepare the package for the courier

Once the gearbox has been received, the customer will have to return the articles he does not want to keep:

  • printing the label that is provided to you by the seller and applying it on the package.
  • by contacting the courier indicated for the withdrawal.
  1. Wait for the new order

  • Within 48 hours of receipt of the article made, the seller will send the customer the new article through a new order.

Return procedure

1) Request authorization from the return

N.B. Through the automatic return request, available in the personal account area, it is not possible to request a partial return.

2) Confirm the details of the withdrawal for your return;

    • Provide a collection place, if different from the one provided for shipping while purchasing
    3) Prepare the package for your return;
    • The garments must be rendered in the original condition, unchanged, unused, without damage, in the original packaging, with the original labels attached and with the related accessories, documents (for example, tags, product certificates etc.) and with adequate protections ; The garment must not present signs of use, scratches or be altered in any way (worn, washed, stretched, etc.) and the garment must be returned in the same conditions in which it has been sent and adequately packed.
    4) Print the label, contact the courier and cthe package to the courier or take it to the delivery point.
    • Print the label that is provided to you by the Gensami team, apply it on the package and contact the courier indicated for the retreat.
    • Delivery the package to the courier according to the date and times previously agreed, alternatively bring your purchase to the favorite return point.
      We remind you that every return request refers to the products contained in a single order. For different orders it is necessary to activate separated requests for return.
    • After receiving the products and after examining them from our quality control staff, we will notify you of acceptance of the return and any total refund.

    N.B.
    Gensami will refund any garment purchased on our online website not in compliance with your expectations, provided that you present the request no later than 30 (thirty) days from the delivery date. The date is determined by the courier traceability system. To this end, the explicit terms and conditions are applied in terms and conditions. Returns are accepted only if they come from the same delivery country. For example, if the delivery of the products took place in Italy, we will accept the replacement only from Italy. Otherwise, the return will not be free and the shipping costs will be charged.

    In case of return, the seller will proceed to refund the customer the entire purchase price paid in a timely manner after receiving the products rendered by the customer. Reimbursements will be made through the same payment method originally used by the Customer for the order.

    Any other method of returning the products other than the free return service offered by Gensami will be borne by the customer. Using any other option different from the free return service to return the products, customers recognize and agree to be responsible for any loss or damage to the products while shipping the return.
