Paris welcomes for the first time Gensami , the Milanese Made in Italy knitwear brand founded by Miruna Gheordunescu, is presenting its first Spring/Summer 2026 collection as part of a group show dedicated to emerging designers. In just four years, Gensami is already present in approximately 60 multi-brand luxury boutiques in 15 countries, including Italy, France, the United States, the Middle East, and Russia, and continues to grow rapidly year after year.

Paris welcomes GENSAMI for the first time, the Milanese brand of premium Made in Italy knitwear founded by Miruna Gheordunescu, selected as the only Italian brand among eight new international talents to present its Spring/Summer 2026 collection in a prestigious group show dedicated to emerging designers.

This season's major innovation is modular knitwear — necklaces, sleeves, and cuffs—that can be detached and reassembled, blurring the line between garment and accessory . The result of extensive research, these elements are applied, removed, and reinvented, pushing knitwear beyond its traditional boundaries. Paired with fabrics, they become truly living surfaces that capture the eye and reflect movement; alone, they become true knitted jewels, standing alone as independent jewels.

Lanvin, for its part, whose first collection under the direction of Petter Copping was unveiled on the eve of January Fashion Week, will reposition itself on the women's fashion program on September 30.
